For Physicians · Lead Clinical Adopters

Practice medicine at the upstream.

An invitation to the first 100 founding Filipino physicians treating mitochondrial dysfunction and inflammaging — with measurement, not guesswork.

01 What you’d practice

Inflammation you can read — and act on early.

The GLIS composite turns routine lab markers into one upstream signal — so you can act before downstream conditions take hold.

Upstream framing

Read inflammation with GLIS, before it becomes a labelled condition.

Clinical dosing guidance

A structured protocol and doctor-facing tools, not a sales script.

02 The recovery rationale

A layered recovery system — not just a probiotic.

SynBIOTIC+ pairs a spore-forming probiotic with prebiotic, postbiotic and antioxidant layers — a layered design, uncommon among probiotics, positioned as post-antibiotic gut and cellular recovery. Described as support, not the treatment or prevention of any disease.

Prebiotic

FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides)

Feeds beneficial microbes and supports recolonisation of the gut after antibiotic exposure.

Probiotic

Spore-forming Bacillus coagulans (LactoSpore®)

Its spore coat survives gastric acid to reach the gut, helping restore microbiome balance and resilience during and after antibiotics. Similar Bacillus and multi-strain formulations have shown benefit in antibiotic-associated diarrhoea1, with modulation of gut microbiota and inflammatory cytokines2; broader meta-analyses report a reduced risk of C. difficile-associated diarrhoea in patients receiving antibiotics3.

Postbiotic

Urolithin-A + L-Tryptophan

Urolithin-A supports mitochondrial renewal (mitophagy); L-tryptophan is a precursor in gut–immune and gut–brain signalling — extending recovery from the microbiome to cellular energy.

Antioxidant

Glutathione + Lutein

Help buffer the oxidative stress that accompanies inflammation and tissue repair.
